The rooms were warm with all necessary facilities, the staff were amiable.

Everything was fine and impeccably clean, I loved location and staff. The bathroom was luxurious & the bedroom was quiet. A luxury way to end my christmas.

It is immaculately clean, contemporary hotel, that has great location and staff. The easy check-in.

Efficient check-in and fast check-out, plus the staff was outstandingly accommodating! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and decently priced. We liked that the room was immaculate and unique. Excellent reception.

If we visit Tromso for one night, will definitely choose this one.

We loved this staying. Our room was practical and soundproof with all necessary facilities. All in all everything was great, but we had dirty bathroom. The staff was exceptional and attentive, offered excellentservices.

The property was relaxing and we had a delightful stay. Got warm, cozy room with all necessary facilities. Had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar. The venue was just walking distance from Tromso downtown.

Some people working there were unapologetic.

Hotel was fairly clean, functional, had very good location and staff. There was a great restaurant with hot meals.

Staff was sweet, pool area was good, and breakfast was particularly good. Lovely unit with a Japanese decor. I really enjoyed that utensils and cutlery were provided. Absolutely incredible location in the centre. : D

Nothing everything was great!

It was spotless, with excellent location and staff. Lots of food at the breakfast, including pastries, fresh bread, eggs and bacon. Easy check-out was useful.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, bright place. I appreciated the extremely clean building of the hotel and glorious location. Amazing beds and WiFi, climate control and coffee facilities. Rich breakfast, great food, reasonably priced.

Hotel accommodation was charming little, I liked fair staff. The room was bright and soundproof, the bed was perfect.

No reason to complain, a very delightful experience, will be back. It's fancy hotel, we liked fabulous rooms and phenomenal location. Decent view of valley. Very quick check in and in general helpful service.

The room was convenient and the staff was gentle. The staff did all they can for a LOVELY stay. And it also had absolutely fabulous view. Food was delicious, breakfast was cheap. Again, I went to see Tromso Cathedral nearby. Genuinely friendly hotel, had a really perfect service.

We had a NICE experience. The bed was comfortable, we truly enjoyed it.

Next to polaria and polar museum. The breakfast choices were great! Location, an easy walk to all attractions
